Andreas Philosophy
Life is certainly full of challenges! The good news is that our challenges help us to grow into the empowered Diva’s we are meant to be! The bad news is that, well…it’s challenging and change can be tough!

Change is the only thing in life that is constant. When it comes to change we have two choices: 1. To resist change and be at the effect of life, allowing circumstances to dictate our life and our fate, or 2. To embrace change and become at the cause of life and becoming victors of our circumstances. We always have the power of choice available to us. We have the power each and every day to consciously choose how we want to “show up” in any given circumstance and create the results we desire - to powerfully be at the cause of life.

As a coach, it is my job to:

-
Facilitate the changes my clients desire by helping them to remove the barriers that are in their way.
-
Listen compassionately and completely with an inquiring mind to fully understand what is being said, and challenge what is not being said.
-
Encourage and challenge clients to hold up a mirror to their perceptions, attitudes, interpretations, assumptions, and limiting beliefs so that they become more aware and better have the ability to create conscious change.
-
Help clients discover and embrace their values and goals, and create an awareness of how those values are attached or detached from the challenges and outcomes they are experiencing.
-
Hold my clients responsible and accountable for their actions and inaction.
-
Walk with them compassionately on their journey while also challenging and stretching them to grow.
